FUTUREPF is a property fund that invests in the leasehold right for some portions of the Future Park Rangsit complex. It encompasses all the commercial space and the open area within the shopping complex as well as the wall surfaces outside the building. The open area is the portion that generates the highest revenue in Future Park Rangsit. The fund holds a 20-year right to the spaces.

FUTUREPF is managed by ING Funds (Thailand) Company Limited; Rangsit Plaza Co. Ltd. manages the properties under the fund.

The Fund invests in a leasehold right. The value of a leasehold right may decrease in relation to the remaining lease term which shortens as time passes. Consequently, the value of investment units of the Fund may decrease proportionally and could reach zero value at the end of the term of the leasehold right invested in by the Fund. In addition, the Fund does not reserve capital for repayment of investment funds to unitholders upon the termination of the Fund. Nonetheless, unitholders shall receive return on their investment by means of the Management Company repaying part or all of the investment funds to unitholders in the forms of dividend payment or a decrease in the Fund’s registered capital prior to the termination of the Fund.
